How to Use Keyboard Shortcuts for Editing Polygons

In addition to the usual command shortcut keys, there are some special keys you can use when editing polygons and polylines:

Key

Action

Arrow keys

selects the next (or previous) point

Enter

same as double-clicking the left mouse button - stops editing points

Delete

deletes the current point and moves to the next point

Backspace

deletes the current point and moves to the previous point

Esc

abandons all editing changes, reverts back to the original polygon
